Electronic universal testing machineBasic requirements: For commonly used electronic universal testing machines, the standard for plastic mechanical properties requires that the control method is basically speed control, and for plastics with different properties, the test speed required by different test methods is very different.
For example, the speed specified in GB1447's "Testing Method for Tensile Properties of Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics" is as low as 2mm/min, while the test speed specified in GB13022's "Testing Method for Tensile Testing Method for Plastic Films" is as high as 500mm/min. At present, the actual situation we are exposed to is wider than this, reaching 0.01mm/min and 1000mm/min. For tensile stroke, due to the great differences in plastic ductility, such as the elongation of Bakelite is only a few percent, while for some soft plastics, it can reach a few thousand percent. In order to be compatible with the needs of a variety of materials, the stroke of the test machine should be above 800mm.
The force value of the electronic universal testing machine will generally not exceed 10KN except in special cases (such as fiberglass).
