1. If the difference dial pointer is poor, there will be a mid-stop phenomenon after unloading or the zero position will often change. The reasons are usually as follows:

(1) The pulleys and tracks on the tooth rod and their tracks should be removed and cleaned, and a little watch oil or sewing machine oil should be added.

(2) The rotation shaft of the pointer is too dirty and should be cleaned in time.

(3) There is direct contact between the tooth rod tablet and the tooth rod, and it should be loosened appropriately.

(4) The buffer oil return condition is poor, and the oil pipeline should be cleaned and adjusted.

(5) The belt on the force measuring piston is falling off or too loose.

(6) The force measuring piston is rubbed or stuck in the oil cylinder. Grind it with chromium oxide grinding paste until the piston works normally.

(7) There are obstacles during the lifting process of the pendulum, the pendulum axis is too dirty or rusted, causing the pointer to return to zero and change greatly.

2. If the pointer adjusts the passive needle and does not coincide with the active needle, remove the dial glass, adjust the passive needle spring screw, and adjust the pointer to make it coincide with the active needle.

3. If the load pointer is not in place, the pendulum cannot be raised at the specified position, and the load pointer cannot point to the full dial and stop automatically. This situation indicates:

(1) The position of the baffle of the load limit switch on the pull-up plate may be incorrect, and appropriate adjustments should be made until the dial pointer can rotate 3700 to 3800.

(2) There are obstacles in the pendulum system and should be cleaned in time.
