How to install hydraulic universal test oil pipe

1.Hydraulic universal testing machineThe oil suction pipe should not leak air, and the joints of the oil pipe should be tight and sealed.

2. Oil filters should be installed on the oil suction pipeline of the hydraulic system of the universal testing machine.

3. The return oil pipe should be inserted below the oil level of the oil tank to prevent splashing foam and mixing in and air.

4. For the leakage of oil in the solenoid reversing valve of the universal tester, the oil return pipe must be installed separately to prevent the back pressure from being generated when the oil is leaked and the movement of the valve core is avoided, so as not to affect the normal operation of the hydraulic system of the universal tester.
