The universal testing machine produced by our factory is of national quality and service. Today, let’s talk about the hydraulic universal testing machine. Generally, hydraulic hydraulic universal testing machine consists of a main machine, hydraulic transmission system, operating part, high-pressure oil pump, motor, and software part. Let’s briefly introduce it.
1. Host
The main machine consists of a base (with the main working cylinder inside), a test stand, upper and lower beams, clamping parts, lead screws, columns, etc. The test bench and the upper beam are connected to a rigid frame through columns, and the test bench and the main working piston are connected by screws. In this way, two working spaces are formed, namely: the tensile space formed by the upper beam and the lower beam; the compressed space formed by the lower beam and the test bench. The adjustment of the tensile space and compression space is achieved through the up and down movement of the lower beam, which is completed by the motor through a reducer, a chain transmission mechanism, and a lead screw.
There is a stretched area between the upper jaw seat and the lower jaw seat. There are jaws in the jaw seat, and the test is carried out by replacing different jaws to clamp different samples. The cylinder and piston are the main parts of the main unit. Their contact surfaces are precision-machine and maintain a certain mating gap and proper oil film. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the cleaning of the oil during use, so that the oil does not contain impurities, iron filings, etc., and enters the oil cylinder through the oil pump, oil valve, oil pipe, etc., damages the contact area of ​​the oil cylinder and the piston, thereby affecting the accuracy of the test.
2. Hydraulic transmission system
The oil in the oil tank is sucked into the oil pump through the oil filter mesh and sent to the oil delivery valve through the oil pump's oil pipeline. When the oil-sending handwheel is closed, oil flows back to the oil tank from the return pipe. When the oil-sending handwheel is opened, the oil enters the working oil cylinder through the oil pipe, and then synchronizes to the load sensor through the pressure oil pipe through the hole of the oil return valve body. After the sensing signal is converted and processed, the test force value is indicated by the microcomputer measurement and control system.
3. Operation part
The power button, indicator light, and the start and stop button of the high-pressure oil pump motor are installed on the oil source counter. The oil supply valve is also called a speed control valve. This valve can use it to enable the oil pump to output high-pressure oil to be sent to the test engine cylinder. At the same time, the speed of increasing force value can be controlled. The oil return valve can remove the load and return the oil in the working oil cylinder to the oil tank.
4. High-voltage oil pump and motor
The high-pressure oil pump is directly connected to the motor and is installed on the fuel tank cover. The oil tank is located on the inner bottom of the oil source, and there is an oil window outside the oil tank to observe the oil level. The high-pressure oil pump is a plunger oil pump, an axial plunger pump composed of seven sets of piston pairs. The piston and sleeve in the oil pump have high surface quality and good coordination, ensuring the possibility of high pressure production and small oil leakage.
5. Software part
1) This series of test machines adopts Windows9x/2000/XP operating system as the working platform.
The test data is managed by database, and the test data can be printed.
The microcomputer screen displays, automatic calibration of load and deformation, automatic conversion of test range, automatic storage of data and results, and dynamic display of data and curves. Simple software operation and friendly interface
2) Implement national standards GB228-87, GB/T228-2002, GB7314-87 and other test methods
The mechanical performance indicators of the test materials are analyzed and calculated by human-computer interaction. At the end of the test, the elastic modulus, yield strength, non-proportional elongation stress, etc. can be automatically calculated. On the basis of automatic analysis, the analysis results can also be manually corrected to improve the accuracy of the analysis.
3) The digital displays the tension and pressure test force and peak value in 4 levels, with an accuracy of ±1% of the starting value of 20% of the range of each level. It can be automatically calibrated and digitally adjusted. Multiple sets of force sensors and extensometers can be configured, and users can switch at any time as needed;

Powerful data analysis and processing functions, the mechanical performance indicators of the subject's materials can be analyzed and calculated using human-computer interaction method, and the elastic modulus, upper and lower yield strength, specified non-proportional extension strength, specified total extension strength, etc. It can also manually intervene in the analysis process to improve the accuracy of the analysis.
4) The data is managed by database, automatically saving test data and curves to the database, ensuring the integrity and unity of the data and facilitating user query and management. This is different from some test systems where only databases can save test data, and curves are stored in files.
5) Various report output methods, powerful report editing function, users can prepare any format test reports in a very short time according to their own requirements. 6) Adopt three-level user rights management.

6. Quality assurance
The equipment will be deemed to be formally delivered after the ordering party has passed the formal acceptance. The three-guarantee period for the equipment is one year from the date of official delivery. During the three-guarantee period, the supplier will promptly and free repair services for all kinds of faults in the equipment, and replace all kinds of parts that are not caused by humans in a timely and free manner. If the equipment outside the warranty period fails during use, the supplier will promptly serve the orderer and actively assist the orderer in completing the maintenance tasks.
