How to choose a tensile tester

1. Issues of experimental itinerary.

According to the performance and request of flexible packaging film, the stroke is 500-600mm. If the data elongation exceeds 1000%, the stroke can be 1000 or 1200mm.
2. The tension range of the required test data should be considered.

The different tension ranges determine the difference in the sensors used, which also determines the structure of the tension machine (recommended: impact testing machine), but this item has little impact on the price (except for the gantry). Regarding ordinary flexible packaging consumer manufacturers, the tension range of 200 Newtons was enough. Therefore, it was also decided to use a single-arm type.

The corresponding structure to the single-arm type is a gate-type structure, which conforms to a relatively large tension, such as one ton or more. So soft packaging manufacturers don't need it at all.

3. Standardized configuration issues.

Three fundamental configurations of intelligence: host, microcomputer, and printer. If the microcomputer is powerful, it can be printed directly. In addition, you can also equip ordinary computers. With a computer, you can stop complex data analysis, such as data editing, partial enlargement, adjust the reporting method, and stop statistical analysis of group styles.

If you use a computer, the manufacturer should equip the corresponding software control system.

4. Output result.

The experimental output results can be set arbitrarily: 8 items: triple force value, elongation, tensile strength, constant elongation, fixed elongation value, yield strength, elastic modulus, and experimental force. This can be said to be a comprehensive result of the output when the microcomputer is operated.

5. Main configuration of product machinery:

The transmission has lead screw transmission and rack transmission. The former is expensive, used for high accuracy and has high test repetition; the latter is cheap, used for low accuracy and has low test repetition.


6. On the experimental projects that can be done.

The flexible packaging requires a tensile machine to be used for multiple purposes, that is, on the base equipped with different fixtures, stretching, tightening, bending, tearing, shearing, 180-degree peeling, and 90-degree peeling experiments can be performed.
