9 precautions for acceptance of test machine

1. General requirements
1.1 In keepingTesting machineOn the premise of transportation, storage, equipment and application rules, if the test machine is damaged or unable to meet the normal tasks due to poor manufacturing and packaging quality within one year from the date of receipt of the goods, the test machine manufacturer shall be responsible for repair, replacement and return.
1.2 The model of the test machine should comply with the relevant regulations.
1.3 The design of the test machine should have a reasonable structure, beautiful shape, simple operation and easy maintenance.
1.4 Accessories and things that guarantee the functions of the testing machine should be supplied randomly. Accessories and things should generally be marked with responsive marks and specifications, such as the diameter limitation of the chuck that can hold the specimen.
Accessories and things that extend the functions of the test machine should be supplied according to the contract according to user requirements.
1.5 The test machine should have nameplate and signs or markers such as smooth, grip, and safety, and can be clearly visible for a long time.
1.6 For a test machine with electrical control, the electrical equipment on the test machine should be installed and tested by the manufacturer on the test machine and supplied randomly.
1.7 When applying load, the test machine should have no clear vibration power and impact.
1.8 In the continuous loading process, the pointer should be free of blocking and beating.
1.9Testing machineThe speed should be accurately adjusted within the limits of the rules.
1.10 The components transported by the entire test machine or sub-parts shall be suitable for transportation and loading requirements.
2. Safety protection
2.1 The test machine or parts and components with larger components should be easy to lift and install, and should be equipped with lifting holes or lifting rings.
2.2 There are parts and components that can be loosened during operation of the test machine, and should be equipped with anti-loosening installation.
2.3Testing machineExposed sliding parts, gears, pulleys, etc. should be installed with protective protection.
2.4 The hydraulic system should be installed safely with pressure regulating.
2.5 The safe installation and limit installation should be flexible and reliable.
2.6 When the electrical thought is twisted separately, the arrows with movement bias should be marked outside the appropriate parts.
2.7 There should be superior grounding installation on the electrical box of the base of the test machine. The grounding installation position should be convenient for wiring and has the word "grounding" or grounding mark.
3. Casting quality
3.1Testing machineThe data and mechanical functions of various castings on the above should comply with the rules of the response specifications.
3.2 The outer surface of the casting should be flat, and the flatness of the non-machined surface surface shall not be greater than 3mm in the arbitrary length of 600mm.
3.3 The molding sand and bonds on the castings should be carefully eliminated, and the flashes, burrs, gates, risers, etc. should be shoveled flat. The castings used as oil storage tanks should be carefully cleaned and should not be oil leakage.
3.4 The casting should not have cracks. The main connecting surfaces and exposed processing surfaces of the casting should not have sand holes, pores, or shrinkage. For defects in castings that do not affect the quality of use, they shall be repaired in accordance with relevant rules.
Note: Regarding non-ferrous metal castings, the rules of relevant skill documents should be in line with.
3.5 The pump body, valve body, cylinder cylinder and other die-bearing castings should not have forging defects such as air holes, shrinkage, sand holes, etc. that reduce pressure resistance. Under regular pressure, there should not be any oil (water) leakage.
3.6Testing machineThe main castings should be treated with ageing after rough processing.
4. Processing quality
4.1 The processed parts should meet the requirements of the drawing. Except for ordinary rules, there should not be sharp edges, sharp corners and residual magnetism.
4.2 Parts that often twist and wear should be treated with heat, and parts after heat treatment should not have cracks or other defects.
4.3 Quenching parts should not be annealed or burned due to grinding.
4.4 Printing notes are prohibited for common surfaces and friction surfaces after processing.
4.5 The local marks of the test machine index should be accurate, average and clear, and the numbers should aim at the marks.
4.6 The metal handwheel rim and grip handle should be polished and coated with an anti-rust layer.
5. Assembly quality
5.1 The test machine should be assembled according to the assembly process regulations. The parts and components (including purchased parts) assembled on the test machine should meet the quality requirements and should not be placed in gaskets and sleeves with unregulated drawings.
5.2 The purchased parts must have documents that are sufficient to prove their quality or have passed the factory inspection before they can be used.
5.3 The sliding gear should not be chewed or blocked, and the transformation mechanism should be accurately positioned.
5.4 All fastening parts such as screws, pins, keys, etc. should be firmly installed and tightly installed, and there should be no looseness and scattering.
5.5 There must be no oil (water) leakage at the connections between hydraulic system parts.
6. Quality of electrical equipment
6.1 The circuits of different electrical equipment (power circuits, control circuits, signal circuits, lighting circuits, etc.) generally use different colors of wires, and can also use the same color of wires, but the ends of the wire or connectors should have clear response marks.
6.2 There must not be several connected wires in the pipe or on the electrical box distribution board. The wire retrieval ports or pass through the metal wall. Use lubricated insulating pipes to maintain or line the inner holes of the pipe mouth with soft insulating rings.
6.3 The insulation resistance of the non-grounded electrical equipment of the test machine shall not be less than 1 megohm.
6.4Testing machineElectrical equipment should be guaranteed:
a. Not affected by coolant, smooth oil and other harmful substances.
b. After a sudden power outage during the experiment and when power supply is restored, the installation of power drives and other installations should be avoided by itself.
Note: When the test machine has special requirements, this restriction is not subject to it.
7. Quality of hydraulic equipment
7.1 The hydraulic system's pistons, oil cylinders, valves and other parts shall not have cracks or scratches on the surface.
7.2 The hydraulic transmission should not vibrate, obvious impact and block scenes within the local task speed limit. Hydraulic transmission components should not have any impact during return activities.
7.3 To prevent air from entering the hydraulic system, there should be a installation to remove air and a secure seal.
7.4 The oil storage tank should have an oil level indicator, the oil tank should be easy to clean, and it should be equipped with a refueling and oil drainage port.
7.5 During hydraulic system tasks, the temperature rise of the oil in the fuel tank generally does not exceed 30 degrees Celsius.
7.6 The hydraulic system should be carefully cleaned to remove rust and other debris from the oil (water) pipe. Oil (water) holes and oil (water) roads must be cleaned and unblocked
7.7 The outlets of all oil drain pipes must be deepened below the oil level to prevent foaming and entering the air.
8. Appearance quality
8.1 The appearance of the test machine should not have unregularly drawn protrusions, depressions, rough disobedience and other damages.
8.2 The edges of the connecting surfaces of the test machine and the parts should be uniform and evenly, and there should not be clear misalignment. Doors and covers should be loaded and unloaded easily, and cracks on the connecting surfaces should not exceed the rules in the table below.

8.3 The concentration screw should not protrude on the surface of the part, and there should not be any distinctive pain between the head and the countersink hole. The fixing pin should be protruded on the surface of the part, and the exposed shaft end should be protruded on the end surface of the receiving part, and the protrusion value is approximately chamfered. The end of the bolt should be slightly protruded from the nut.
8.4 The processed surface of the test machine parts should not have rust, burrs, bumps, scratches or other defects.
8.5 The color of the test machine paint should be beautiful and not stingy, the color should be soft, the color should be coordinated, and the boundaries between different colors should be clear and must not be contaminated by each other.
8.6 The paint and putty of the test machine should have sufficient strength to have oil resistance and corrosion resistance, and should not have a skin and fall.
8.7 The raw surface of all parts and accessories of the test machine should be primed and painted. Before primer painting, you should carefully remove rust, sand, oil and other dirt. The painted surface should be intact, lubricated, average and consistent in color, and should not have mottled, wrinkles, bubbles and adhesives.
8.8 The surface of electroplating parts should be mottled, the coating should be even, and there should be no peeling scene.
8.9 The appearance of the blackened parts is evenly shiny, without any mottled or rust.
8.10 All kinds of signs on the test machine should be clear and long-lasting. The nameplate should be fixed in a clear position. The fixed position of the sign should be accurate, flat and sturdy, and not tilted. A factory logo that is agreed to adopt artistic methods or cast clear Chinese characters on the test machine.
9. Random Skill Files
9.1 Random skill files include:
a. Use imitation sheets;
b. Pass certificate;
c. Packing list.
9.2 A random skill document is generally supplied, and two copies are provided for the complex construction of the test machine.
9.3 The use of imitation orders should be able to accurately guide the device, adjust, use and maintain the test machine, and the packing orders should be easy to count.
