How to operate a low temperature tank
DWC impact test low-temperature tank is a special auxiliary refrigeration equipment for low-temperature impact test. The stacked compression mechanism is cold, and it uses imported high-reliability compressors, single-chip microcomputer control, automatic temperature control, automatic timing, automatic alarm, high temperature control accuracy, fast cooling speed and large volume; digital temperature display, safe and reliable, and easy to operate. It fully meets the various temperature control indicators for low-temperature devices in the National Standard GB/T229-2007 "Metal Shabi Pendulum Impact Test Method" and is an ideal sample cooling and insulation equipment in low-temperature impact test of metal materials.
Low temperature tank operation process:
1. Liquid medium must be added to the low-temperature tank before use, otherwise the heater will be damaged when powered on, and the liquid level of the medium should be about 30mm lower than the workbench.
2. Alcohol or freezer is generally used for liquid media in the low-temperature tank.
3. After the low-temperature tank cooling switch is turned off, the cooling switch should be turned on again for 10~20 minutes (depending on the ambient temperature).
4. Low temperature tank power supply: 220V50Hz, the power supply power should be greater than the total power of the instrument, and the power supply must have a good "grounding" device.
5. The low-temperature constant temperature tank should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, and there will be no obstacles within 300mm around the instrument. When the working temperature of the low-temperature constant temperature tank is low, be careful not to enter the tank to prevent frostbite. After use, all switches are turned off and the power is cut off. The low-temperature constant temperature tank should be cleaned regularly to keep the work surface and operating panel clean.
