one. Software and hardware: The high-quality electronic universal testing machine adopts a brand computer, and the control system software is a Windows XP operating system platform. It has the characteristics of fast running speed, gentle interface, and simple operation. It can meet the test and measurement needs of different materials. It can measure the physical performance test of various materials according to national standards, international standards or industry standards.

two. Ball screw: The current screws used in electronic universal testing machines include ball screws and trapezoidal screws. Generally speaking, the gap between trapezoidal lead screws is relatively large, the friction force is relatively large, and the service life is short. There are currently some manufacturers on the market who use trapezoidal screws instead of ball screws in order to save costs and obtain greater profits.

Motor: The high-quality electronic universal test machine The motor adopts an AC servo speed regulation system, and Panasonic AC servo motor has stable and reliable performance, and has protection devices such as overcurrent, overvoltage, and overload. There is also an electronic universal test machine on the market that uses ordinary three-phase motors or variable frequency motors. This motor uses analog signal control, slow control reaction and inaccurate positioning. Generally, if the speed regulation range is narrow, there will be no low speed or if there will be low speed, there will be no high speed, and the speed control will be inaccurate.

Transmission system:Electronic universal testing machineThere are two main types of transmission parts: one is the arc synchronous gear belt and the precision lead screw secondary transmission; the other is the ordinary belt transmission. This transmission method has stable transmission, low noise, high transmission efficiency, high accuracy and long service life. The second transmission method cannot guarantee the synchronization of the transmission, so the accuracy and stability are not as good as the transmission system.
