I. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power supply, so that the digital tube is displayed as mechanical preheating. Preheat the machine for 20 to 30 minutes.

II. Press the "Setting" key to set the time, enter the workpiece number, and the operator code is ** (Note: This decimal point is meaningless).

III. Press the "#/Print" key to the shape setting. The experimental machine enters the normal test form. At this time, the experimental force and displacement are both automatically cleared. The upper display is the displacement display, the unit is mm, the lower display is the experimental force display, and the unit is N.

1) Check the springTesting machineThe free length of the seat 6 is raised to a corresponding position (that is, the spring to be measured can be placed between the two pressure plates or between the upper and lower hooks), and fixed it to the column 12 with a small hand handle.

2) Put the measured spring on the plate or hang it between the upper and lower hooks, press the "P Clear/1" key to remove the weight of the spring.

3) Turn the operating handle 7 so that the upper pressure plate and the spring are in contact, and press the "F clear/0" key to make the displacement digital tubes all zero.

4) Continue to pull the operating handle 7 and force the measured spring. When the displacement amount displayed by the displacement digital tube reaches the deformation amount of the spring, the force value displayed by the digital tube is the experimental force value of the measured spring.
