1. When the medium temperature in the cooling tank is close to the set temperature, the constant temperature heating device starts to work, and the indicator light (green light) on the left temperature controller flashes; when the set temperature is reached, the automatic alarm device sounds, and the thermometer on the right starts to time to display the constant temperature time. At this time, the alarm switch can be turned off. When the thermometer displays the required constant temperature time, the sample can be taken out for testing.

2. Press the stir switch to check whether the cooling medium flows in the cooling tank is good.

3. Add an appropriate amount of cooling medium to the cooling tank, and place a container under the overflow nozzle to hold the cooling medium that flows out of the overflow nozzle due to excessive addition.

4. Place the cleaned samples neatly in the sample basket and put them smoothly into the cooling tank.

5. Make sure that the power supply is safely grounded under the specified voltage, and that all parts of the equipment are turned on under normal circumstances. At this time, the temperature controller on the left and the timing controller on the right will be displayed.

6. After the test is completed, turn off the stirring switch, refrigeration switch and power switch in turn. Maintain and maintain the equipment and keep a record of operation.
