1.The moving beam is not lifted smoothly: If it is not electrical, first check that the screw rod and the base hole are insufficient lubrication, or foreign objects are blocked or the locking screws of the lower nut of the screw rod are loose. If the above situation occurs, you can remove the lower part of the screw for cleaning, lubricating oil, and installing.

2.Pressing the lift button beam does not respond:

a.The emergency stop button is pressed and the emergency stop button is pulled up.

b.Thermal relay protection, open the electrical control cabinet, reset the thermal relay, and the upper and lower limit switches of the cross beam are broken: replace the limit switch.

3Different experimental velocities will obtain different experimental results: there is instability in the crossbeam movement speed, so the speed needs to be checked and confirmed.

4.The beam only lowers and does not rise: Check whether the upper limit switch of the beam is damaged, and if it is damaged, replace the limit switch.

5.The beam moves in the opposite direction: It may be that there is an error in the testing machine software, so you can contact the manufacturer in time.

6.Deformation occurs when the beam is subjected to stress: the material of the beam is improperly selected, which can easily increase the self-gravity, which makes the measurement results inaccurate. The beam should be replaced in time.
