1. Open the oil supply valve to lift the piston up by 5 to 10mm
2. Enter the software and click on the new test strand tensile test window, enter the corresponding parameters, and clear the test force, displacement, and deformation. Do not click Run.
3. Open the oil supply valve to pre-pull the test force of about 20KN, and then set the load (Note: Do not click to run the software part of this step)
4. Clamping the extensometer (Note: the extensometer must be clamped)
5.Tension testerClamping the steel strand (Note: the clamping part of the steel strand is wrapped with a sand cloth at both ends, with a height dimension of about 180mm).
6. Unplug the positioning pin on the extensometer and click the software to run the constant loading speed.
7. Deformation clears (Note: Force value and displacement do not need to be cleared)
8. After the software prompts to remove the extensometer, quickly remove the extensometer (Note: Do not close the oil supply valve during this process)
9. Continue to test the sample to be opened. After the test is completed, close the oil supply valve, remove the sample, and open the oil return valve to return oil;
