1. Before the friction and wear tester is working, follow the instructions to check whether each parameter is normal.

2. Hydraulic oil is generally replaced once every 2-3 years. Check the hydraulic oil stock on time.

3. Pay attention to cleaning after the test and do a good job of daily and weekly maintenance. Keep it clean and beautiful.

4. If the test shows abnormality or the spindle does not rotate during the test, press the reset key and the test can only be carried out when each parameter is normal and the alarm light is not on.

5. If the sound is uneven when the spindle rotates, check whether the belt is loose.

6. The display is abnormal, check whether the connection and socket are good.

7. If abnormal sound is found during the test, shut down the machine immediately for inspection.
