Tension testerIt is a high-precision detection device that takes different tests on different materials. 1. Before the test, you must prepare a sample shoe and make a finished shoe with an opening. The top (toe) of the finished shoe is combined with the sole and the upper. The disadvantage is that the error is very large, and the repetition of each data is not good. 2. Cut the sole and upper surface of the entire finished shoe, leaving a width of 1~2cm in the bonding area between the sole side wall and the upper. Generally, there are 22 points on the average landmark around adult shoes, and 12 points on the children's shoe mark. You can choose a computer-type tensile testing machine. Use the computer display curve chart to calculate the strength and displacement of the entire process, and calculate its average value (can also be added or decreased according to customer requirements). If there is a large bottom line sewn between the bonding area between the sole side wall and the upper, the large bottom line must be removed first, and then clip the sample on the tension machine to measure the peeling force at each point, remove the width of the bonding area between the sole side wall and the upper, and calculate the peeling strength. This is a relatively economical tensile testing machine. The disadvantage is that the error is large, the repetition of each data is poor, and the test effect is very human factors. If conditions permit, you can choose a computer-type tensile testing machine, so that you can clearly see the time-sensitive peeling force and curves of the sole and upper, which will make it convincing to the customer.
3. Cut the bonding area between the large sole shoe wall and the upper to 1cm with the same width, and measure the peel strength of each point. According to the inspection practice over the past few years, the method of stripping the psychological factors of China is not comprehensive enough. Only a few points are selected for the whole pair of shoes. In many luxury designs, the appearance quality of the footwear is considered, especially the travel shoes and sports shoes. The junction between the upper and the upper is not obvious enough, so it is difficult to position during stripping test. For precision, the shoes can be cut into samples for testing.
