1. Force value correction:

2. Test speed correction:

2.1 While starting the Shanghai Xiangjie test machine, use the software stopwatch to start the timing for one minute. The timing stops, and the test machine stops by itself. According to the time of the stopwatch, record the fixture stroke value and the rate per minute (mm/min), observe the difference between the fixture stroke value and the straight steel ruler, adjust the speed setting appropriately, start the Shanghai Xiangjie test machine again to measure the correct value, and calculate the fixture stroke error value, which should not exceed the specified error. 2.2 First record the position of the fixture under the test machine and set the calibration speed on the software. At the same time, use a standard straight steel ruler to measure the clamp stroke.
