High-frequency fatigue testing machine (recommended: electronic tension testing machine):
Technical parameters test force: 250kN /500KN /1000KN
Dynamic performance: When the operating frequency is 300Hz:
- Fastener fatigue test with an average load of zero and an amplitude of 75kN can be completed.
- Fastener fatigue test with an amplitude of 75kN can be completed when the mean load is 100kN.
Static load: 150kN.
Dynamic load: ±125 kN. (Peak)
Coaxiality of upper and lower chucks: ≤2%.
Load measurement accuracy: ±0.5%.
Load fluctuation: dynamic load ≤±0.5% F.S.; static load ≤±0.5% F.S.

The equipment will not endanger personal health during use (providing relevant verification or testing evidence).
The high-frequency fatigue testing system can work continuously for more than 120 hours under load, and overload of 120% will not cause damage to the test machine.
The overall energy consumption of the equipment must meet environmental protection requirements, and the total power consumption generally does not exceed 8kWA.
Equipment design and manufacturing should comply with ISO international standards.
The equipment adopts a fully digital servo control system, and the working frequency meets 30~300Hz; frequency resolution: not less than 0.1Hz.
