6 Matters for Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine

Universal testing machine is divided into electronic universal testing machine andHydraulic universal testing machine, The operation and precautions of different models of universal engines are different. The following are the precautions of our technicians before using the hydraulic universal testing machine:

1) Before starting or after shutting down, the oil supply valve must be placed in the closed position. The loading, unloading and return oil must be carried out slowly to prevent impact.

2) After the stretching test piece is clamped, the position of the lower chuck must not be adjusted, and the force measuring pointer cannot be adjusted to zero.

3)Hydraulic universal testing machineDuring the test, pay attention to the elevated position of the active platform at any time and shall not exceed the specified range.

4) After the machine is started, the operator is not allowed to leave the console without authorization. If you hear abnormal sounds or find any faults, you must shut down immediately.

5) When the specimen is about to be affected by a load, immediately reduce the speed of the moving platform rising (i.e., close the small oil supply valve) to prevent impact.

6) If the hydraulic pump stops working during loading, the hydraulic pump must be restarted, and be careful to return oil and reduce pressure first. It is prohibited to start the hydraulic pump under high pressure.
