The working cylinder and working piston of the hydraulic universal material test machine are installed in the middle of the machine base. After the oil pump is started, the high-pressure oil first enters the small hole in the intermediate oil ring of the oil cylinder through the oil pipe, forming a high-pressure oil seal between the piston and the oil cylinder to the intermediate position of the piston, thereby reducing the friction between the working piston and the oil cylinder.

Another function of the high-pressure sealing ring is that when the high-pressure oil passes through the slide valve and the oil pipe into the small hole at the bottom of the oil cylinder, the piston rises, which can reduce and prevent the gap leakage of the high-pressure oil at the bottom of the hydraulic universal testing machine. The leaking oil can be returned to the tank through the small hole in the upper part of the cylinder.
