What are the requirements for the working environment and test of the fall test machine?

The drop tester is a machine designed for testing the damage caused by falling product packaging and evaluating the impact resistance during transportation and handling. It adopts dual-column guide and can be used to set the number of drops in height, and its work is stable and reliable, and can achieve edge, surface and corner drops, meeting GB/T4857.5-92 and ISO2248-1972E. The drop test machine is divided into a single-arm drop test machine and a double-arm drop test machine.
The drop tester can conduct free drop tests on the surface, angle and edge of the packaging, and is equipped with a digital height display instrument and a decoder for height tracking, so that the product drop height can be accurately given, and the error with the preset drop height is no more than 2% or 10mm. This machine adopts a single-arm double-column structure, with electric reset, electronically controlled drop and electric lifting devices: easy to use; the unique hydraulic buffering device greatly improves the service life, stability and safety of the machine. Single-arm setting allows easy placement of products, and the angle error of the impact surface and the floor plane of the drop angle is less than or equal to 5. Working environment and testing requirements of the drop test machine:
1. In the range of indoor temperature 5°C to 35°C)
b) The relative humidity is not greater than 85%;
c) The fluctuation range of the power supply voltage should be within ±10% of the rated voltage:
d) There is no vibration interference or corrosive media around the environment that affects the performance of the test machine.
2. Drop the impact surface of the test machine
The impact surface is a horizontal plane. The following requirements should be met during testing:
a) It is a steel plate or concrete floor with a mass of at least 50 times the mass of the specimen or fastened with anchor bolts;
b) There must be a large area sufficient to ensure that the specimen falls completely on the impact surface
c) The difference in horizontal heights of any two points on the impact surface shall not exceed 2mm:
d) When any 100mm2 area on the impact surface is subjected to a static load of 10 kg, its deformation shall not exceed 0.1mm;
3. Lifting device
The lifting device is sensitive and reliable and should not damage the specimens.
4. Support device of drop test machine
The device supporting the specimen should be able to keep the specimen in the following predetermined state before being released, and the gravity line of the specimen should be released through the drop surface, edges and corners:
a) When the surface falls, the angle between the falling surface of the specimen and the horizontal surface is not greater than 2°;
b) When the edge falls, the angle between the falling edge and the horizontal plane is not greater than 2°. The allowable error of the angle between the specified surface and the impact surface on the test piece is 5° or 10% of this angle (the larger value shall prevail);
c) When the angle falls, the maximum allowable error of the angle between the specified surface and the impact surface on the specimen is 5° of the soil or 10% of the included angle (whichever is the larger value).
4. Drop test machine release device
During the drop of the test piece when releasing the test piece, the test piece should not touch any parts of the test device to ensure that it falls freely.
5. Falling height
The specimen is lifted in a predetermined state, and the maximum allowable value of the lifting height error and the predetermined drop height is ±2%h or 10mm of the predetermined height (whichever is the larger value). The drop height refers to the distance from the low point of the specimen to the impact surface when preparing to be released.
