1. Turn on the power supply, turn on the system power supply, turn on the display switch, select the load range according to the sample, and enter the known conditions of the sample.
2. Turn on the hydraulic universal test oil pump motor of the microcomputer, unscrew the oil supply valve to raise the piston for a period of time, and let the oil cylinder hang. Select and install different tools according to the different contents of the test. If tensile tests, select and install a suitable tensile jaw clamp.
3. Place the sample on the main unit of the test machine. For example, if the tensile test is performed, turn on the oil pump switch, clamp one end of the sample into at least 4/5 of the length of the jaw, open the upper jaw electric switch to clamp the sample, run the cross beam, and let the sample run to the upper jaw and penetrate deep into the jaw at least 4/5 of the length position, stop rising, and open the lower jaw electric switch to clamp the sample. (This is the model of automatic clamping of the sample. Another manual clamping only requires manual clamping of the sample)
4. Unscrew the oil pump switch, turn on the oil pump, and slowly unscrew the oil feed valve according to the loading rate required by the test. When the sample breaks, close the oil supply valve and stop the oil pump motor.
5. Record the value from the microcomputer hydraulic universal testing machine microcomputer display screen or print data directly from the microcomputer. After the data is correct, open the oil return valve to restore the instrument to its initial state.
6. Remove the broken sample, turn off the screen switch and power supply, wipe and clean the surface of the instrument, pay attention to the daily maintenance of the microcomputer hydraulic universal test machine
