How to maintain and troubleshoot the spring tester

Spring testing machine is a specialized instrument for testing springs. After the spring is produced, it must pass rigorous testing before it can be put into use, because most springs are the main components used on machinery and vehicles, such as springs on vehicles. If the springs installed on the vehicle have not undergone rigorous testing and are installed on the vehicle casually and have not met the performance requirements, it will easily cause very serious consequences. 1. Maintenance of spring tester
The validity period for the spring tester to verify the value error once under normal use conditions is one year. After the spring is produced, it must pass rigorous testing before it can be put into use, because most of the springs are used in machinery and main components on vehicles, such as springs on vehicles. If the bullets installed on vehicles have not undergone rigorous testing and are used in vehicles and do not meet certain performance requirements, it will easily cause very serious consequences. For example, the springs used for shock absorption have deteriorated performance, which makes the vehicle lose balance and can easily cause traffic accidents. From this, it can be seen how important the spring test is, and the role of the spring test machine is reflected.
When operating and using the spring tester, especially when unloading, do not let go of your hand, so as not to cause severe vibration and affect the accuracy of the tester. Lubricating oil should be added frequently to the lift rack of the test machine and the pressure-filling oil cups. After use, the test machine should be covered with a machine clothing to prevent dust from falling into the machine. In order to protect personal safety, the test machine should be properly grounded. In particular, the maintenance of key components of the spring test machine must be done with great care.
2. Fault repair of spring tester
(1). The spring tester switch does not appear
1) Check whether the power supply of the 220V power supply and microcomputer system is normal? If the fuse is disconnected, it should be replaced; if the power plug is in poor contact, it should also be replaced; if the power transformer has an input and no output, change the transformer or rewind the transformer; if the voltage stabilization circuit is not normal, check the corresponding bridge diode, filter capacitor and corresponding connection lines, replace if damaged, and re-weld if false or open circuit should be re-welded.
2) Check whether the voltage of the digital circuit can be +5V? If not, the connection between the voltage-regulating power supply and the digital is virtually welded or open, and should be re-welded; check if there are short circuit points in the 5V load circuit? If so, clean it up, and stop cleaning and dry treatment, or change components.
3) Check whether the voltage of the digital tube is normal? The maintenance method can be found in Chapter 1.
4) If the I/0 of the instrument CPU (usually 89C52) has no output, the CPU is damaged and should be replaced.
(2). The spring test machine starts to show 1999
1) In this situation, the CPU operating frequency (11.0592MHz) may be abnormal, and the crystal oscillator will be changed to 1 day.
2) If the voltage at the input terminal of the two sensors is too high (usually a few millivolts), check whether the sensor can be normal? The normal data obtained by measuring the sensor with a multimeter resistance is: the input terminal is about 405Ω; the output terminal is about 340Ω; the resistance value of the two leads at either end and the other end is 280Ω. Note: The data on the sensor input and output terminals sometimes change certainly depending on the manufacturer, but there is a certain proportion of the changes.
3) If the comparative voltage of the two operational amplifiers is abnormal, can the resistance of pins 2 and 3 of the measurement amplifier be changed? If the resistance value occurs, it should be changed.
4) If all the above conditions are normal, the operational amplifier will be damaged and should be replaced.
(3).The displacement of the spring test machine has no response or shows full value.
1) If the voltage at the sensor input terminal is abnormal, the sensor's sexual orientation can be measured according to the method in "Open Display 1999".
2) Regarding the input amplifier, if the input signal changes but there is no change in the output terminal, it is stated that the amplifier is damaged and should be replaced.
3) If there is no comparative voltage, the resistance value of the pull-up resistor is changed or there is a dummy welding, and it should be dealt with separately.
4) If the amplifier input terminal and comparable voltage terminal of the CPU (89C52) are both normal, the CPU is damaged and should be replaced.
5) If the above conditions are normal, check whether the output changes of the sensor when the upper pressure plate is moved? If there is no change, the grating will be damaged and should be replaced.
(4). The spring test machine has no response to the experimental force, or the display value is full, the inspection method is the same as "displacement has no response or the display value is full".
(5). The spring tester's demonstration value drifts or jumps randomly
1) If the voltage of the 220V power supply is unstable, a voltage-regulating power supply needs to be configured.
2) If the amplifier output voltage is unstable, change the amplifier.
3) Check whether the CPU frequency (11.0592MHz) and the comparative voltage can be stable or drifted? If there is a problem of dummy welding, it should be re-welded; if the performance of the components becomes worse, it should be replaced.
4) Check whether the circuit board can be damp or oily, stop cleaning necessary and do a good job of boring treatment.
Under normal circumstances, there are very few sudden damage to the equipment, and most failures are caused by the gradual development of slight wear of the parts; if the signs of failure can be found and removed in the early stages of wear or deterioration of the parts.
