The test machine can be divided into various models according to the different samples. Many people do not know much about wire bending test machines. Wire bending test machines are equipment that specializes in testing the fold resistance strength of plug lead wires and wires. The test method is to fix the sample on the fixture and add a certain load. So do you know what are the requirements for the working conditions of the wire bending test machine? How to operate it? Let’s learn it with the editor.

What are the working conditions of the wire bending test machine? How to operate it?

1. Working conditions of wire bending test machine

1. At room temperature 10-35℃;

2. On a stable basis, place horizontally;

3. In a vibration-free environment;

4. No corrosive substances around

5. No obvious electromagnetic interference

6. The fluctuation range of the power supply voltage shall not exceed ±10 of the rated voltage of 380V;

7. There should be a certain amount of space around the test machine.

2. The operation process of wire bending test machine

The test should generally be carried out within 10-35℃ room temperature. For tests with strict temperature requirements, the test temperature should be 23℃±5℃, so that the bending arm is in a vertical position, insert the test rod hole, clamp the lower end of the test with a clamping block, and make the sample perpendicular to the axis of the cylindrical support. The bending test will bend the sample by 90°, and then alternately in the opposite direction;

The test free end is bent by 90° and then returned to the starting position as the first bending. The bending operation should be carried out smoothly and without impact at a uniform rate not more than once per second. If necessary, the bending rate should be reduced to ensure that the heat generated by the sample does not affect the experimental results. In the experiment, in order to ensure continuous contact between the sample and the arc surface of the cylindrical support, some form of tension can be applied to the sample. Unless otherwise specified in the relevant product standards, the applied tension force shall not exceed two percent of the relative stress value of the nominal tensile strength of the sample. The last bending of the sample break is not counted as the number of bending times.

The above is the working conditions and operation process of the wire bending test machine. Only by having a detailed understanding of the working environment requirements and operation process of the test machine can you obtain the desired accurate data during the test process.
