1. Sample testing of the tensioning tester
1. Measure the length of the spring, raise the seat to the corresponding position, and fix it to the column with a small hand handle.
2. Taking the tensile test as an example, the tension tester installs the spring at both ends of the tensile clamp, press the button to remove the weight of the spring.
3. Turn the operating handle so that the upper pressure plate and the spring are in contact, press the keys to make the displacement digital tube all zero.
4. Continue to pull the operating handle and force the measured spring. When the displacement amount displayed by the displacement digital tube reaches the deformation amount of the spring, the force value displayed by the digital tube is the experimental force value of the measured spring.
2. Operating process of the tensioning test machine
1. Create a new button on the motor and create a new test record.
2. Enter the parameters of the test and sample, such as each test should be filled with a different batch number, test method and position to measure for the test purpose.
3. Place the sample, click the test button to return to the test operation interface, and place the sample in the center of the pressing plate.
4. Set test parameters: Select the test force range and select the appropriate range according to the specific conditions of the test. The parameters, preloading speed and test speed during the test process should not be too large, otherwise the test results will be inaccurate.
5. Start the test, click the Start Test button, and the tester will automatically end after the test is completed. You can also click the test end button during the test process and end the test directly.
6. Analysis of experimental results.
