The electronic universal testing machine is pollution-free, low noise, high efficiency, has a very wide speed regulation range and beam movement distance. In addition, it is equipped with a wide variety of test accessories, which has very broad application prospects in the mechanical properties of metals, non-metals, composite materials and products.

Electronic universal testing machines are inevitably encountering various problems in daily use. Uneven pointer movement is one of them. If you encounter them, how to solve them?

1. First check whether there is any problem with the oil viscosity of the test engine. If the viscosity is low, the oil viscosity needs to be adjusted.

2. If there is dirt in the oil return valve, or the oil return valve is not tightened, it will also cause the pointer to move unevenly. Clean the oil return valve and tighten the oil return valve to return to normal.

3. When there is dirt in the oil supply valve, the pointer will also move unevenly, so just clean it.

4. If there is air in the oil circuit of the test engine, the problem occurs. Close the oil return valve and open the oil supply valve to raise the piston for a distance. Then open the oil return valve and return oil. Repeat it multiple times to discharge the air in the pipeline.

The electronic universal testing machine will inevitably cause friction during daily testing. When this friction resistance reaches a certain value, the tension machine will be destroyed due to friction and stop working. So how should we prevent or reduce frictional resistance?

1. There will also be friction between the guide wheel and the pillar, and this friction is also a physical friction.

Treatment method: We can add grease between the gaps to reduce friction resistance between them.

2. When installing an electronic universal test machine, the main body is installed with uneven height or the left and right collars are installed and adjusted differently. After the test clip is installed, the guide wheels on both sides of the operating table touch the support side, causing sliding friction hazard indicator error. The tensile resistance value measured in such an accurate way is not accurate, and it will also cause certain levels of damage to the equipment.

Method of handling: When installing an electronic universal testing machine, you must install it according to the procedures and methods in the instructions for use. Do not rush to achieve success or incorrect installation, otherwise it will fail.

3. When the geometric accuracy of the force-measuring piston rod and hydraulic cylinder is deviated or rusted due to stains, friction will also occur between them. If the electronic universal testing machine is not developed for a long time, the sliding friction will increase with the increase of time.

Treatment method: Regular inspection and maintenance of the electronic universal testing machine on time, so as to increase its service life.
