Rubber tensile testing machine is widely used in rubber, plastic, electronic and other materials, and tests its physical properties such as tensile, tear, peeling, compression, bending, shear, three-point bending, etc. It is a precision testing machine with small size and full functions. The emergence of the test machine can effectively detect the quality of rubber and help enterprises achieve the measurement of rubber quality. When the rubber tensile tester experiences abnormal displacement, we can check the status of three parts:
1. Check whether the displacement sensor line is disconnected.
Since the rubber tensile testing machine system is a closed-loop system, to determine which part of the system has a fault, the first thing to do is to disconnect the circuit in the system to make the system an open-loop system. Under normal circumstances, the feedback signal of the displacement sensor must be disconnected to open the system. At this time, the workstation sends a control actuator motion signal and then measures the feedback value of the sensor. After repeated several times, when the feedback data of the measurement sensor is a linear change line, it is judged that the sensor is normal.
2. Check the system settings and check the software settings of the tension machine.
On the display screen of the workstation, it was found that the stroke of the actuator was only ±10mm, which should be ±50mm under normal circumstances. It is believed that there is a problem with the system setting and the system needs to be reset to reset the stroke of the actuator to ±50mm, the display value on the workstation display panel is still incorrect, so it is believed that this fault can only be solved by re-adjusting the positioning system.
3. Check the power amplifier unit of the rubber tensile tester and test the main board circuit.
After troubleshooting the displacement sensor, check if the amplifier unit is normal. First, disconnect the output signal of the amplifier unit and remove the output wiring, add a DC input signal to the amplifier unit through the workstation to measure the output of the amplifier unit. After repeated multiple times, the measured output signal of the amplification unit shows a linear change trend, so as to judge that the amplification unit is normal.
