1Operation steps

1.1Preparation before booting

1.3Put the impact sample basket into the cooling tank.

1.5Turn on the refrigeration switch and alarm switch.

1.6The first-stage pump starts working8After a minute the secondary compressor starts working.

1.7The temperature alarm indicates that the temperature is reached and the constant temperature is5After min, the sample was removed for testing.

1.8After the test is completed, turn off the alarm switch, refrigeration switch, and main power switch to cut off the power.

1.9If there is a failure or power outage, the time interval for restarting must be greater than30minute.

1.10After the work is over, turn off the refrigeration switch and alarm switch and clean.

2Things to note

2.1Keep the equipment clean, strictly prohibit violent vibration or collision, and shall not be disassembled at will.

2.2The electrical control box should be protected from moisture and it is strictly forbidden to enter any liquid.

2.3Before starting the power, be sure to connect the ground wire to ensure safety. Be sure to plug the power plug firmly to prevent loosening.

This causes instant shutdown and burns the compressor.

2.4If the power outage or failure causes a shutdown, the restart interval must be greater than30Minutes; room temperature exceeds25At ℃, the restart interval must be greater than60minute
