Metal impact tester

Impact testing machine (English name: impact testing machine) refers to a material testing machine that applies impact testing force to the sample and performs impact testing. The impact testing machine is divided into manual pendulum impact testing machine, semi-automatic impact testing machine, digital impact testing machine, microcomputer controlled impact testing machine, drop hammer impact testing machine, and non-metal impact testing machine. Tests in two forms of simple support beam and cantilever beam can be achieved by replacing the pendulum and sample base.

The pendulum impact testing machine is a type of impact testing machine. It is a detector used to measure the performance of metal materials to resist impact under dynamic loads, and thus to judge the quality status of the material under dynamic loads. The hammer impact tester is another type of impact tester and is suitable for the hammer impact test of ferrite steel (especially various pipeline steels).
