1. During the test, the operator and the observer must be outside the safety warning line, so as to avoid being affected by the test and their life is safe.

2. When unloading the impact test machine, there are strict rules. First remove the protective net below, then loosen the nut, and then use the swing taker to push the swing out. Here it is important to pay attention to lift the joint of the swing rod with your right hand and slowly move the swing to the left. At the same time, it should be gently placed on the base of the test machine and remove the swing.

3. When installing the swing, gently place the swing on the base. Also, hold the connector of the swing rod with your right hand, slowly move the swing to the sample holder, adjust the dial with your left hand, then aim the swing head at the hole slot, push the swing in, tighten the nut, and install the protective net. 4. Before using the equipment to test, be sure to adjust the focal length and complete all basic work so that the test results can be accurate.

5. During the test, anhydrous ethanol must be added to the refrigeration tank, and the concentration of ethanol must not be less than 99.5%, otherwise it will affect the test results and lead to inaccurate data.

6. When the test is warming up, the temperature should be controlled at around 30℃ to prevent alcohol from spontaneous combustion and causing safety accidents.

7. The specimen requirements in the sample box are very strict and must be free of iron filings, dust, and burrs, so that the tension of the material test can be accurate.

8. During the test of the tension test machine, click the placing button. If the pendulum does not rotate clockwise, cut off the power supply in time and recalibrate it to rotate clockwise.
