Fault 1: The output current exceeds the current that the motor driver can bear Error symbol: OL

Solution:

1. Check whether the motor is overloaded.

2. Reduce (7-02) Torque boost set value.

3. Increase the output capacity of the motor driver.

Fault 2: Internal electronic thermal power protection action error symbol: OL1

Solution:

1. Check whether the motor is overloaded.

2. Check (7-00) Whether the motor rated current value is appropriate.

3. Check the electronic thermal power station function settings.

4. Increase the motor capacity.

Fault 3: Communication exception error symbol: CE1

Solution:

1. Check whether there is any reverse connection between the communication signal SG+, SG-.

2. Check whether the communication format is correct.

Fault 4: Motor load is too large error symbol: OL2

Solution:

1. Check whether the motor load is too large.

2. Check the overtorque detection level setting value (6-03→6-05).

Fault 5: Overcurrent error symbol during acceleration: OCR

Solution:

1. Check whether the motor driver and the screws are loose.

2. Check whether the U/T1-V/T2-W/T3 output is poorly insulated.

3. Increase acceleration time.

4. Reduce (7-02) Torque boost set value.

5. Replace the motor driver with large output capacity.

Fault 6: Overcurrent generated error symbol during deceleration: OCd

Solution:

1. Check whether the U/T1-V/T2-W/T3 output is poorly insulated.

2. The deceleration time is longer.

3. Replace the motor driver with large output capacity.

Fault 7: Error symbol generated during operation: OCn

Solution:

1. Whether the output is poorly insulated.

2. Check whether the motor is blocked.

3. Replace the motor driver with large output capacity.

Fault 8: When the external multifunction input terminal (M1~M3) is set to be closed with GND, the motor driver stops outputting the error symbol: EF

Solution: Press the “RESET” key after clearing the source of the fault.

Fault Nine: Internal memory IC data writing error symbol: CF1

Solution:

1. Turn off the power and then power on again.

2. Or send it to the factory for maintenance.

Fault 10: Internal memory IC data read exception error symbol: CF2

Solution: Press the RESET key to reset the internal parameters to factory.

Fault 11: Motor driver detects line abnormality (there are seven types of CF3.1→CF3.7) Error symbol: CF3

Solution: If the above seven abnormalities occur, they will be sent directly to the factory for maintenance.

Fault 12: When this function is set by the external multifunction input terminal (M1→M3), the motor driver stops outputting the error symbol: bb

Solution: Clear the signal source "bb" and disappear immediately.

Fault 13: Automatic acceleration and deceleration mode failure Error symbol: CFR

Solution: 1. Is the motor driver matching the motor appropriate? 2. The load recovery moment of inertia is too large. 3. The load changes too rapidly.
