1 Test object:
Spring testing machine: mainly tests the strength of various springs, elastic components and metal materials, and records test data statistics.
Electronic universal testing machine: used for mechanical properties such as tensile, compression, bending and shearing of metal and non-metallic materials.
2 Measurement results
Spring testing machine: It is mainly used to measure the stress corresponding to spring deformation, or the force value corresponding to several deformation points of the spring, and to measure the spring stiffness. It is mainly the relationship between deformation and force. It studies the data of a spring as a whole.
Electronic universal testing machine: mainly measures the tensile strength, yield strength, elastic modulus, etc. of the material. It mainly measures the force and the corresponding force value under the extension of a certain gauge distance. It studies data from a certain section of the sample.
3 Test Methods
For spring testing machine, just hang the test spring on the hook (or mount it on the pressure plate) to set the deformation amount to measure the spring force value (the description of curves and the calculation of stiffness value on the microcomputer control).
In an electronic universal testing machine, after the sample is installed on the attachment, the original gauge distance of the research is determined and the corresponding deformation measuring device is installed. After completing the test, look at the test curve and the test results.
4 Calculation method
When the spring test machine obtains the test results, it compensates the influence of the machine itself in the software accordingly, and the result is a true reflection of the spring.
