The solution is to check whether the communication line between the computer and the universal tension tester is falling off; check whether the online selection sensor is selected correctly; check whether the sensor has been hit when a nearby test or operating the keyboard; check whether the software's calibration or calibration function was used before a problem occurs; check whether the calibration value, calibration value or other information in the hardware parameters have been manually changed.
2. The power supply of the tensile tester host is not illuminated and cannot move up and down.
The solution is to check whether the power line connected to the test machine is normally connected; check whether the emergency stop switch is in a screw-up state; check whether the power voltage of the test machine is normal; check whether the fuse on the machine socket is blown, please remove the spare fuse and install it.
3. The main power supply of the tensile tester is powered but the equipment cannot move up and down. The solution is to check whether the device cannot move after 15S (time), because the host needs to be self-checked, which takes about 15S time; check whether the upper and lower limits are in the right position and have a certain operating space; check whether the power supply voltage connected to the test machine is normal.
