What are the requirements for the test data of reliability tests

The collection of equipment system reliability test data should at least meet the following requirements:
1. Authenticity
Whether it is test data or on-site data, the recorded data must truthfully reflect the actual situation of the data collection object, especially the description of the fault, which must be true and cannot be concealed or not reported. The timing, causes, fault phenomena and their impacts of the system during different tests should be recorded truthfully.
2. Accuracy
The authenticity of the data is the premise of its correctness. Only by truthfully recording and describing the test status of the system being tested can it help to accurately judge the problem. The data cannot be inferred, guessed and traded by subjective will. Due to the limitations of technical level and other conditions, the true record of the fault does not equal accurate record, and it still needs further analysis and judgment.
3. Continuity
Reliability data is traceable and over time it reflects the trend of system reliability. Therefore, in order to ensure the traceability of system reliability data, it is necessary to ensure its continuity in order to monitor the system reliability and manage the closed-loop. Continuity is a basic requirement for reliability data. On the one hand, the test data should cover all tests experienced during the system development process. On the other hand, for each test, the events and processes experienced during all events occurring during the test process should be fully recorded, such as each power-on, shutdown time, failure time, termination working time, etc. of the system (equipment).
4. Standardized management
Standardized management should be implemented for the collection of test data, and unified recording format, numbering methods, etc.
5. Integrity
In order to make full use of reliability data to evaluate the system's reliability data, it is required that the collected reliability data should be as complete as possible, that is, the occurrence of a fault repair (maintenance) event, including the repair, scrapping of relevant equipment or components after the failure, and the use of function reduction, etc., should be recorded in detail. This will facilitate a comprehensive analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the reliability of the system, and also help to better formulate monitoring and maintenance measures for the system.
