3.Regularly check the pressure regulator or load regulator,Is it sensitive to safety?;

4.Regularly check whether there are any debris or even conductive objects in the motor, whether the coil is damaged, and whether the stator and rotor are rubbed, otherwise the motor will burn out after the motor starts;

5.Check the movement sounds of cylinders and moving parts at all levels, and carefully“listen”, identify the normal working condition. If abnormal sounds are found, the machine should be shut down immediately for inspection;

10.Pay attention to the motor temperature rise, bearing temperature, voltmeter and ammeter indicating whether the current is normal. The current shall not exceed the motor rated current. If it exceeds the machine, the machine should be shut down to check and find out the cause;

11.Regularly check whether the pressure tester is vibrating and whether the anchor screws are loose or fall off;

12. Check the lubricant oil supply and the oil supply of the lubricant system of the movement mechanism; the cylinders and fillers can be used as oil drainage inspection, and the oil injection into the cylinder can be checked;
