Suitable for rapid pull-up test of myopia materials with high fatigue in the steel industry. It is the new generation of electro-hydraulic servo pull-up test machine product of our company. This machine adopts a four-column single-pull frame structure to realize the rapid rise, fall of the bidirectional oil cylinder in one space and adjust the test space and tension pressure. The high-precision test force and strain sensor have the characteristics of a resolution that is not divided throughout the process. Functional introduction
1. It has three closed-loop functions, that is, it can perform stress, strain, closed-loop control methods, and can perform impact-free switching. Its stress speed and strain rate fully comply with other pull-up test standards such as the national standard GB228-2002.
2. Adopt the fully digital multi-direction closed-loop measurement and control system developed by Hengsi Shanda Instrument Co., Ltd. (or adopt the German DOLL company EDC-220 according to user requirements).
3. The tensile bidirectional flange load sensor is adopted, which has anti-load resistance, high measurement accuracy and good linearity, which avoids many adverse factors caused by using oil pressure sensors and affects the accuracy of measurement of influence value.
4. A high-performance bidirectional oil cylinder with original imported seals is good and has no oil seepage. The unique pressure follow-up technology of the follow-up valve can ensure that the system pressure is always only 2Mpa higher than the pressure value required by the oil cylinder, greatly saving energy and heating.
5. The filters from Hydac company are adopted to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system oil, and the system operates reliably and has a long life.
6. Adopt high-pressure internal teeth and gear pump (patented two-piece eccentric gap filling and radial and axial pressure compensation design, high efficiency, low pressure pulsation, stable pressure) and shock-absorbing and sound insulation design to make noise less than 50dB
7. Windows Chinese version of real-time control experimental software, automatically collects and processes test data, displays test data in real time, load-deformation curve, load-time curve, and can print experimental reports in the format required by the user. The original data of the stretching process is automatically saved in the default folder, and the tensile curve can be reproduced and the test results can be reanalysed. The computer can export the original data of the experimental process, reproduce the stretch curve with tools such as Excel, and verify various data.
8. The test machine complies with the requirements of the standard GB/T2611-92 "General Technical Requirements for Test Machines" and GB/T16826-1997 "Electro-hydraulic Universal Test Machines".
9. The software reserves data interfaces, which are convenient for local networking between laboratories and facilitates experimental data management.
