Universal testing machines are mainly divided into electronic universal testing machines and hydraulic universal testing machines. The main differences are as follows:





The electronic universal test machine mainly uses a servo motor as the power source, and the lead screw and wire master as the execution components to realize the speed control of the moving beam of the test machine. In terms of transmission control, there are currently two main forms, synchronization belt and reducer. The advantages and disadvantages are still to be discussed, but they do not affect users' use. In terms of force measurement, all electronic universal testing machines use load sensors.






Hydraulic universal testing machine, as the name suggests, uses high-pressure hydraulic source as the power source. Manual valve, servo valve or proportional valve are used as control elements for control. Ordinary hydraulic universal testing machines can only be loaded manually and are open-loop control systems. Affected by price factors, the force sensor generally uses hydraulic pressure sensors. Electro-hydraulic servo universal material testing machines use servo valves or proportional valves as control components for control, and some domestic manufacturers have also used high-precision load sensors to measure force.
