2. Theme content and scope of use

This scale defines the verticality of transport packaging partsImpact testing machineThe main functional requirements, test procedures and the content of the test lectures of the test equipment used during the test.

This scale is used to evaluate the impact resistance of transport packaging when it is subjected to vertical impact and the packaging's protection ability to the interior. It can be used as a single test or as a component of a series of tests.

3. Test principle: Lift the test sample to a predetermined height, and then let it fall freely in the predetermined state, colliding with the impact table.

4 Test equipment

4.1 Impact table The impact table is a horizontal plane, and it does not move or deform during test, and meets the following requirements:

a. It is a whole object, with a mass of at least 50 times the mass of the test sample;

b. Have a large area sufficient to ensure that the test sample falls completely on the impact table;

c. The horizontal height of any two points on the impact table must be more than 2mm;

d. When any 100mm area on the impact table is subjected to a static load of 10kg, its deformation shall not exceed 0.1mm. 4.2 Promotion device During the promotion or descent process, the test sample should not be damaged.

4.3 Supporting device The device supporting the test sample should be able to keep the test sample in the required predetermined state before release.

4.4 Release device During the process of falling of the release test sample, the test sample should not encounter any parts of the device to ensure that it falls freely.
