Master the test requirements of salt spray testing machines from 7 aspects

Salt spray testerUsually used in corrosion tests for parts, protective layers of metal materials and industrial products. Widely used in electronics, metals and other industries.

1. Temperature: RT+5~55℃ (adjustable);

2. Relative humidity of the brine spray tester: no more than 85%RH;

3. No strong vibration around;

4. No direct sunlight or direct radiation from other heat sources;

5. There is no strong air flow around it. When the surrounding air needs to flow forcibly, the air flow should not blow directly to the box;

6. The test chamber should be placed smoothly and kept level, because the upper part of the box is sealed with water to prevent overflow of salt spray;

7. A certain distance should be left around the salt water spray tester to facilitate maintenance operation.
