3 steps to master the maintenance of salt spray testing machine

Testing machineAfter work and use, staff should maintain regularly to extend the service life of the test machine. The following 3 maintenance methods are a summary of the experience of our company's technicians.

1. At the end of each test, it is recommended to clean the equipment test chamber (including: spray chamber, salt solution chamber, preheated water tank and sealed water tank) with clean water to keep the equipment clean.

2. During or after each test, the solution in the standard measuring cup should be poured out and cleaned in time to avoid the accumulation of crystals in the salt solution and affecting the calculation of the settlement amount.

3. When cleaning the box, please pay attention to:

(1) The protection of the temperature sensor by the protective layer.

(2) Protection of glass filter and glass nozzle (do not use needles or any hard objects to remove through the filter or nozzle).
