1. The first is the ball screw that drives the sensor movement, because if there is a gap in the screw, the test data made in the future will directly affect the deformation and elongation after breaking. Currently, some of the screws of electronic universal testing machines on the market use ordinary T-shaped screws. In this way, the gap is relatively large, and the friction is relatively large, and the service life is short.
2. The second is the transmission system of the electronic universal test machine. Currently, some of the transmission systems of the test machine on the market use reducers, while others use ordinary belts. The main disadvantages of these two transmission methods: the first type requires regular lubricating oil, while the latter type cannot ensure that the synchronization of the transmission affects the test results.
3. Next is the force value sensor of the test machine. Because the quality of the sensor determines the accuracy and force stability of the test machine. Currently on the marketTension testerS-type sensors are generally used for small force values, and wheel-type sensors are generally used for large force values. The sensor is generally used for resistive strain gauge. If the strain gauge accuracy is not high or the glue used for fixed strain gauge is not good in anti-aging capacity or the sensor material is not good, it will affect the accuracy and service life of the sensor.
4. Again, the power source (motor) of the test machine is also called a motor. Currently, some test machines on the market use ordinary three-phase motors or variable frequency motors. This kind of motor uses analog signal control, slow control reaction, inaccurate positioning, and generally narrow speed regulation range. If there is high speed, there will be no low speed or if there is low speed, there will be no high speed, and the speed control is inaccurate.
5. That'sTension testerThe measurement and control system (that is, software and hardware), most of the tensile machines on the market currently use 8-bit microcontroller control, with low sampling rate and poor anti-interference ability. In addition, it is an AD converter. If the number of bits of the AD converter is that of a low resolution, the measurement will not be accurate.
