There are two methods for identifying coaxiality: the type is the hanging line method (common method), also known as the hammer dropping type. The second method is: clamp the upper end of the concentric rod with a clamp, clamp a turntable at the lower end, and place a magnetic dial on the clamp to rotate the probe around the concentric rod. Test machines greater than 5KN use the method of attaching strain gauge. On the specified coaxiality tester, four strain gauges are attached around the shafts at 90 degrees to tensile, and their strain ratio is tested and then calculated according to E (coaxiality) = (change - average change)/average change. When not doing tests for a long time, be careful to turn off the mains power supply. If the machine is in standby state, the switch should be turned to the "load" setting, because if the switch is turned to the "quick reversal" setting, the solenoid reversing valve is always in the power-on state, which will affect the service life of the device. Most deformation units now use a single-chip 24-bit ultra-low noise analog-to-digital converter, which combines signal amplification and A/D conversion. Since this set of deformation units has the characteristics of "a single chip as the core and few peripheral circuits", this system has the characteristics of high accuracy, good stability, small linear error, and strong anti-interference ability. Reasonable design and good process layout make the amplifier extremely stable. Its monolithic computer unit connected to the amplifier, as the heart of the host, is responsible for the amplifier range conversion, data acquisition, data transmission, test method selection and liquid crystal display of the entire machine, and the digital quantization of direct reading. At the same time, these data can be output through the RS232 port, and instructions from other devices can also be accepted through the RS232 port. The strain-type extensometer is composed of elastic elements and strain gauge pasted on it. When the extensometer moves the arm, it causes the elastic body to deform and causes the resistance value of the strain gauge pasted on it to change. The original balanced bridge loses the balance and outputs a voltage signal proportional to the deformation. Since the electrical signal output by the extensometer is extremely weak, it must be amplified before it can reach the required value. This work is amplified and converted by the A/D converter, and then sent to a monolithic computer for processing, and is displayed in a direct reading manner. The electronic universal test machine is transmitted to the computer through RS232 at the same time for data processing. Regularly check whether there is oil leakage at the host and the oil source. If there is oil leakage, the sealing ring or combination gasket should be replaced in time; according to the use of the machine and the oil service life, the oil suction filter and filter element should be replaced regularly, and the hydraulic oil should be replaced regularly. Due to the use of single-chip computer control, this unit has the function of automatically zeroing. When zeroing, you only need to press the clear key on the main interface to automatically clear the entire process, and the clearing time is extremely short. The force measurement cannot exceed 0.05% (refers to full load in the small gear). For example, a 10KN test machine: 100000*0.2*0.05%=0.1N; it means that when you put a 0.1N weight on the electronic universal test machine, the reading of the test machine changes. That is, the unit of small induction of the load sensor must be greater than or equal to 0.1 N.
