Metallographic microscope is a high-tech product developed and developed by perfectly combining optical microscope technology, photoelectric conversion technology, and computer image processing technology. It can easily observe metallographic images on computers, thereby analyzing metallographic images, ratings, and outputting and printing pictures. To ensure the service life and reliability of metallographic microscopes, we have some precautions when using metallographic microscopes. Please see the introduction below.
Notes on using metallographic microscope:
1. The laboratory should have three protection conditions: shockproof (stay away from the source of earthquake), moistureproof (using air conditioners and dryers), dustproof (laying the floor on the ground); power supply: 220V±10%, 50HZ; temperature: 0°C-40°C.
2. When focusing on the metallographic microscope, be careful not to make the objective lens touch the sample to be tested, and avoid scratching the objective lens.
3. When the position of the platform gasket round hole base is far away from the objective base, do not switch the objective lens to avoid scratching the objective lens.
4. Do not adjust the brightness at a very large or small amount, and do not be too bright, as it affects the service life of the light bulb and damages vision.
5. Switch all (functions) of metallographic microscopes, the movements should be light and in place.
6. When the metallographic microscope is turned off, the brightness should be minimized.
7. Non-professional personnel should not adjust the lighting system of metallographic microscopes to avoid affecting the imaging quality.
8. When replacing halogen lamps, pay attention to high temperatures to avoid burns; be careful not to directly contact the vitreous body of the halogen lamp with your hands.
9. When the metallographic microscope is turned off and not used, adjust the objective lens to the lowest state through the focus mechanism.
The above is a related introduction to the precautions for using metallographic microscopes. I hope the above brief introduction can help you.
