Electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machineThe automatic control of current and hydraulic servo, automatic measurement, data acquisition, screen display and test result processing are integrated. The main machine under the cylinder is as the platform, equipped with imported oil pump, electro-hydraulic servo valve and PC servo controller to realize multi-circuit closed-loop control, completing the fully automatic control and automatic measurement functions during the test process. It has the characteristics of good professionalism, high reliability and simple upgrades. It can be enriched and improved with the development of testing machine measurement and control technology and changes in testing standards. It is used for static testing of different materials, with high accuracy and repeatability; according to relevant standards, it can be used for tensile, compression, bending, shear and peeling tests of various materials, or strain or other test methods.

Installation requirements for electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine:
1. The test machine is installed in a clean, dry and uniform room, and there should be enough free space around the test machine.
2. When leveling the main body of the test machine, place the level on the outer circle of the oil cylinder, level it according to the longitudinal and horizontal position and horizontal direction of the base, and level it with a level ±1 grid. If it is abnormal, add a shim under the base to adjust.
3. Install the oil pipe connecting the main body and the dynamometer. First, use diesel to clean the oil pipe so that there are no impurities left in the oil pipe to ensure the cleanliness of the oil circuit. Note whether the joint gasket is complete. If incomplete, connect the new gasket to the machine during installation to prevent oil leakage under high pressure.

4. Turn on the power supply and open the channel between the fuel tank and the oil pump. After checking other parts, start the button on the dynamometer, test the oil pump motor, and observe whether the rotation direction of the flywheel is consistent with the arrow direction of the flywheel. If not, replace the power connector to make it consistent, then start the motor to lift the jaw base and check if the lifting action of the jaw base is consistent with the text displayed on the button, and check if the overtravel and overload buttons are applicable.
