Four common problems and troubleshooting methods for universal testing machines:
1. The power supply of the universal tester host is powered, but the equipment cannot move up and down.
Troubleshooting method:
Check whether the equipment cannot move after 15S, because the host needs to be self-checked, which takes about 15S time; check whether the upper and lower limits are in the right position and have a certain operating space; check whether the power supply voltage connected to the test machine is normal.
There may be other problems, which we need to constantly explore and solve in our daily lives.
2. The power supply of the universal tester host is not illuminated, and the device cannot move up and down.
Troubleshooting method:
Check whether the power supply line connected to the test machine is normally connected; check whether the emergency stop switch is in a screw-up state; check whether the power supply voltage connected to the universal tension test machine is normal; check whether the fuse on the machine socket is blown, please remove the spare fuse and install it.
3. The power supply of the universal tester host is not illuminated and cannot be moved up and down. The solution to the tension machine is to check whether the power line connected to the test machine is normally connected; check whether the emergency stop switch is in a screw-up state; check whether the power voltage of the access test machine is normal; check whether the fuse on the machine socket is blown, please remove the backup fuse and install it.
