1. Introduction
The parameters frequently touched by torque sensors in torsional power systems are torsional torque. In order to detect torsional torque, the traditional use is to change the angular phase difference sensor. This method is to install two groups of teeth with exactly the same number, appearance and angle at both ends of the elastic shaft.
2. Torque sensor
When the elastic axis is twisted, these two groups of sensors can measure two sets of pulse waves. Compared with the phase difference between the front and rear edges of these two groups of pulse waves, the amount of torque received by the elastic axis can be calculated. The advantages of this method: it completes the non-contact transmission of torque signals, and the detection signal is a digital signal; defects: it is large in size and difficult to install. At low speed, because the front and rear edges of the pulse wave are slow and difficult to match, the low speed function is undesirable. (Torque testing is a mature detection trick that is strain electrical measurement. It has the advantages of high accuracy, fast frequency response, good reliability, long life, etc.
The dedicated torsion measuring strain gauge is pasted on the elastic shaft to be measured with strain glue and forms a strain bridge. If the task power is supplied to the strain bridge, the electrical signal of the elastic shaft being torsion can be tested. This is the fundamental form of torque sensor. However, in the torsional power transmission system, the problem of pricking is how the bridge pressure input of the strain bridge on the torsion body and the detected strain signal output can be reliably transmitted between the torsional part and the static part. The mortal method is to use a conductive slip ring to complete it. Because the conductive slip ring is a friction contact, it is unprevented to wear and fever, thus limiting the rotation speed of the torsion shaft and the service life of the conductive slip ring. And because the contact is not caused by the wavering of the signal, the measurement error is large or even the measurement is unsuccessful. In order to restrain the defects of the conductive slip ring, another method is to use radio telemetry: expand the torque strain signal on the torsion axis and convert V/F into a frequency signal. After carrier modulation, the signal on the torsion axis is transmitted from the torsion axis to outside the axis by radio transmission, and then the signal on the torsion axis is torsioned can be obtained. The power supply on the torsion shaft is a battery fixed to the torsion shaft. This method is a telemetry torque meter.
