Environmentally friendly instruments and instruments:

Focus on developing environmental monitoring automation control system products for atmospheric and water environments. By 2005, the technical level reached the international advanced level in the late 1990s, the domestic market share reached 50% to 60%, and by 2010, the domestic market share reached more than 70%.

Instrument components:

Before the 10th Five-Year Plan and before 2010, a batch of marketable products with good market effects will be developed as soon as possible, with a variety share of 70% to 80%, and a product market share of more than 60%. Through scientific and technological public relations and new product development, the product quality level has reached the international level in the late 1990s, and some products are close to the advanced level of similar foreign products.


Industrial automation instruments:

Focus on developing main control system devices and intelligent instruments, special and special automation instruments based on fieldbus technology; comprehensively expand the service field, promote the digitalization, intelligence and networking of instrument systems, and complete the transformation of automated instruments from analog technology to digital technology, with the proportion of digital instruments reaching more than 60% within 5 years; accelerate the commercialization of automation software with independent intellectual property rights.

Electrical instruments and instruments:

Focus on developing long-life electricity meters, electronic electricity meters, special special electrical measurement instruments and automatic grid metering management systems. By 2005, the domestic market share of medium and low-end electrical instruments and instruments will reach 95%; by 2010, the domestic market share of high and medium-end electrical instruments and instruments will reach 80%.

Scientific testing instruments:

Focus on developing process analysis instruments, environmental monitoring instruments, industrial furnace energy-saving analysis instruments, as well as new products such as dynamic balance, power testing and vehicle performance detectors, geodetic measuring instruments, electronic speed measuring instruments, measurement global positioning systems, and other experimental machines and laboratory instruments required for the basic industry. The products are mainly medium-grade products with high technical content, accounting for 50% to 60% of the total output value by 2005.
