The structural difference between electronic universal testing machine and hydraulic universal testing machine (―)
1. Electronic universal testing machines are divided into electronic tensile testing machines and microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machines. Their power source is a servo motor, and the lead screw and wire master are its execution parts. In terms of speed control and transmission control of the moving beam of the test machine, there are currently two main forms of transmission, namely reducer and synchronous pulley. In terms of force measurement, electronic universal testing machines both use load sensors;
Hydraulic universal testing machine, from the name, it can be seen that it is a test machine that uses a hydraulic source as the source power. This test machine uses a manual valve, a servo valve or a proportional valve as the control element to control it. Ordinary hydraulic universal testing machines can only be controlled manually and belong to an open-loop control system; the electro-hydraulic servo control universal testing machine is controlled by a servo valve and can be controlled by a closed-loop control; the force sensor is generally an oil pressure sensor.
