For models equipped with hydraulic chucks, press the "Tight Down" button on the control box to clamp the sample vertically. The lower beam lifting of the hydraulic universal material tester main machine is driven by the reducer through a chain, which drives the two lead screws to rotate simultaneously. The lead screw rotates in situ to drive the transmission nuts on both sides of the lower cross beam to rotate up and down simultaneously, thereby achieving the rise of the lower cross beam. Note: Due to the limited load capacity of the reducer, the lower beam can only move under no load. There are two sets of tensioning mechanisms on the front and rear sides of the base. Loosen the six-screws on the upper side and adjust the small nut on the adjustment rod. The chain is tightened. The two tensioning mechanisms cooperate to adjust. After adjustment, tighten the hexagonal screws. Add molybdenum dioxide to the chain every six months; check the chain tightness every six months. If the chain is loose, the screw will not be synchronized, which may cause the screw to get stuck.
During the test, the electrical appliance suddenly fails and the start or stop buttons do not work. The power supply should be cut off immediately to stop the machine. The function of the moving crossbeam is to adjust the test space. During the experiment, it is strictly forbidden to start the moving measurement when applying force and unloading force, otherwise it may cause the lifting and lowering driving mechanism to fail. When installing a bent support, pay attention to calculating the distance between the support. The engraving lines on the support are the position of the center line of the roller. Incorrect calculations may cause the connecting rod connecting the two support to be broken.
For models equipped with hydraulic chucks, the power supply of the oil pump motor should be cut off first when changing the jaws to avoid damage caused by error operation. All parts of the hydraulic universal material testing machine should be wiped clean frequently. Wipe the surface without spray paint and apply a quantity of cotton yarn sand to prevent rust.
