How to use the drop test machine and precautions

1. Wiring: Connect the supplied power cord to the three-phase power supply and ground it. Connect the control box and the test machine to the test machine with the random connection cord according to the plug and the condition of the adaptation, and run the rising/fall command for trial operation. (If the rising key is pressed during the trial operation, but the falling key is pressed.

2. Drop height adjustment: Turn on the mains power, set the required height for the test (as follows), press the rise key to reach the set height; if it stops in the middle, it must reach the set height before the reverse running command can be executed;

3. Place the object to be tested on the workbench and fix it with a fixing rod;

4. Press the rising key to raise the measured object to be set to the set height;

5. Press the drop button to instantly disengage the work surface from the measured object, and the measured object will fall freely;

6. Press the reset key to restore the workbench to its working state;

7. If the test is repeated, repeat the above steps.

8. After the test is completed: Press the lower key to make the work surface operate to the position and turn off the power button
Notes:
1. It is strictly forbidden for operators to stand under the falling arms, which is very dangerous.

2. Please conduct overweight tests to avoid accidental injury to the operator due to overweight.

3. In the case of power on, it is strictly forbidden for persons who have not been professionally trained to enter the yellow cordon to perform any relevant test operations.

4. During the test, first lower the drop arm to the point (i.e., 300mm). Set the drop height. After the height setting is completed, two operators will place the object to be tested on the test board according to the required surface, angle and edge, and fix it with a fixture.

5. After each test is completed, the drop arm must be lowered to prevent the long-reset drop arm from pulling and deforming the spring, affecting the test effect. Before each drop, please return to position and stop rotating before pressing the drop button.

6. After the new machine is installed at the factory, appropriate low-concentration engine oil must be added to the sliding round rod. It is strictly forbidden to add anti-rust oil or high-concentration engine oil and backlogs with corrosive oil).

7. If there is too much dust on the oiling area due to a long time, please lower the machine to altitude, wipe the previous oil clean, and then use the heavy machine to oil.

8. The drop machine is an impact mechanical equipment. When used about 500 times, each screw must be tightened once to avoid loosening.
