1. Introduction to WDW-200G microcomputer control electronic universal test machine
(I) External independent controller
The new generation of static test machine special controller integrates measurement, control and transmission functions, and highly integrates signal acquisition, signal amplification, data transmission, and servo motor drive units; it provides a new solution for the measurement, control and operation of test machine, and USB data transmission fully supports notebook computers, tablet computers, and desktop computers; it is an important part of the development of test machine technology.
The external handheld controller adopts a 320*240 LED display, which can quickly adjust the test space. It also has functions such as test start, test stop, test clearance, etc., displays the operating status of the equipment and test data in real time, making the sample clamping more convenient and simpler to operate.
(II) Universal testing machine measurement and control software
The universal testing machine measurement and control software adopts DSP technology and neuron adaptive control algorithm to realize a variety of closed-loop control modes such as constant-rate testing force, constant-rate beam displacement, and constant-rate strain. The control methods can be combined and switched smoothly; it has a networked interface, which can realize data networking and remote control functions.
