Functional uses(The following parameters are for reference only, and the detailed parameters are mainly real equipment)
1. General parts: Tension bowl seats should be selected according to the model of the user's test machine. The test machine is generally 60 tons or 100 tons.
2. Bolt tensile experiments should be equipped with: each bolt is equipped with two tension bowls and one tension ring. The standard bolt specifications are: M12, M16, M18, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30, and the following specifications can also be customized: M6, M8, M10;
3. Nut tensile experiments should be equipped with: equipped with one M32 universal wire master, one screw for each type of nut and one tension ring. The standard nut specifications are: M12, M16, M18, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30, and the following specifications can also be customized: M6, M8, M10;
4. The bolt wedge load test should be equipped with: add wedge pads on the basis of bolt tensile testing auxiliary tools. The angles of wedge pads are divided into 10 degrees, 6 degrees and 4 degrees. Users should determine according to the specifications of user bolts of the national standard GB3098.1-2000; the specifications of the provided wedge pads are the same as those of the bolts.
